Operations Administrator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Operations Administrator to join our Stock & Systems Team at Arla Foods Deutschland GmbH. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the warehouse operation in key administration areas, including inbound, order release, despatch, and returns.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Stock & Systems Team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Assist with the management of inventory, including tracking and reporting on stock levels.
- Collaborate with the Warehouse and Operations Managers to ensure efficient order processing and despatch.
- Develop and maintain accurate records and reports to support business decision-making.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication and technical skills.
- Experience in a warehouse or administrative environment, with a strong understanding of inventory management and order processing.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a methodical and organized approach to tasks.
- Proficiency in PC-based systems, with experience of EWM and/or SAP an advantage.
