**Position**: Administrator

**Location**: Tain (travel may be required to satellite training sites across Inverness, Ross-shire and Sutherland.

**Start**: Immediate

**Pay**: £12.50 per hour

**Responsibilities**
- Provide general administrative duties and support to the centre management and training team
- Liaise directly with trainers to ensure that all relevant training documentation is circulated, collated and inputted in a timely manner.
- To assist and monitor Centre Marketing/Training Events including supervision of operational events when required.
- Assist the Centre Manager with Centre Quality Assurance including the regular maintenance and distribution of company policies and procedures.
- Scan, save and maintain training documents and photographs onto electronic filing system
- Administrational support to the Finance Director where required.

**Job Requirements**
- Previous administration skills essential
- Demonstrate competence with the use of Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Google Suite
- Able to act professionally at all times
- A team player with the ability to work well with others as well as on their own initiative where required.
- Attention to detail with ability to work without close supervision and prioritise where necessary
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organisational skills and be able to work to deadlines
- Excellent telephone manner
- The ability to take direction from others but most importantly to manage your time effectively
- Be keen to work in an office environment and be part of a busy team.
- Full clean driving license (pool car available)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From £12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
