Job Introduction
Our exciting business is looking to recruit a Team Administrator to join our office in Tain. This position would be a full time role and you would be rewarded with an excellent salary and have the opportunity to work in some of the UK’s most beautiful landscapes and unique working environments.

Please note, this role is 30 hours per week based over 5 days. The location of the role will either be Inverness or Tain, this will be determined by the successful applicant’s home location.

As the Team Administrator you would be required to use a variety of office equipment and technology as required including both PC and tablets, the role would require you to liaise stakeholders at levels. You would support your team by providing a comprehensive administration service and support the training estate. You may be required to travel to other local sites.

Main Responsibilities
Data capture and input

Work orders processing

Fee earning and third party income

Fleet vehicles

Scanning and filing

Produce and coordinate reports

Mail services

Housekeeping

Auditing records

Using office equipment

Diary management,

Note-taking at meetings

Typing

Stationary managing

Purchase orders

Petty cash

Ability to operate office and communications equipment effectively

Computer literate

A good level of numeracy and literacy gained through a Level 2 qualification such as a G.C.S.E. grade A-C or equivalent and proven admin or support services experience

Experience of communicating with stakeholders

Office and administration skills

Demonstrate proven track record of achieving objectives to set standards

Ability to follow processes within time constraints

IT Skills

Ability to use bespoke and off the shelf software packages
