Overview:
We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our friendly office in Ross-on-Wye, working 3 hours per day Monday to Thursday within school hours.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general office duties such as data entry, filing, and handling correspondence
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
- Liaising with providers and clients over the telephone with good etiquette
- Monitoring and processing ongoing business
- Coordinate appointments and meetings
- Prepare client meeting documentation
- Provide clerical support to colleagues as needed

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Join our team as an Office Administrator to contribute to the smooth running of our office environment, hourly rate to be negotiated depending on experience.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £12.00-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 per week
