- Modern office setting

**Responsibilities**:

- Day to day book keeping to include invoice processing, journal posting, daily banking, petty cash, filing and any other general book keeping duties.
- Conduct bank reconciliation
- Provide administrative support to the management team

**Skills**:

- Proficient in 10-key typing
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of Xero accounting would be useful
- Knowledge of governmental accounting principles is a plus

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: From £12,480.00 per year
