We are a group of companies working in the legal, accident management and healthcare sectors currently looking for Receptionist / Administrator to join us on a permanent basis.

The role of Receptionist is to be the first point of engagement for our clients and internal staff. The role involves providing an excellent, professional, and friendly service, along with providing administrative support to the admin support department.

What we are looking for;

- Basic Problem Solving

**Experience of**:

- Experience of working in a busy reception/office environment
- Administration
- Office Environment
- Have an excellent telephone manner and good interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised and efficient
- IT literate, especially Microsoft Office
- Attention to detail.
- Work well within a team
- Ability to work under pressure

**The role will be 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday based at Horwich Bolton. 8.30- 5.00. This is a full time on site role.**
