Customer Service Administrator

Our existing Leicester based client are a professional buying organisation, are looking for appoint a full-time Temporary Customer Services Administrator. Working Monday - Friday 37 hours per week.
We have an opportunity for talented and passionate customer service professionals to join our team in Leicester. Our team resolve enquiries and do everything they can to help our loyal and valued customers.
Previous experience in a customer service role would be advantageous along with excellent spoken communication skills.You must have a genuine desire to help customers, be able to solve problems and be willing to take ownership for resolving enquiries.
Great verbal and written communication skills are essential, as is a positive, flexible, and resilient mindset with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues throughout the organisation. Experience of good IT Skills, including experience of workingwith complex systems to interrogate, record and resolve customer enquiries, would be ideal.
The successful applicant would have experience of working within a team, be able to achieve results, manage a busy workload to achieve targets. Fantastic verbal and written communication skills, plus problem solving skills.
