**Location: BCA Chipping Warden**

**Salary: up to £26,600 (dependant on experience)**

**Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00am-5pm**

**Job Status: Permanent**

**The Role**

The role involves direct team members, liaison and contact with both internal and external customers. This requires liaising with departmental managers and wider Finance team members. Specific tasks will require analysis of data, planning and organising team tasks and priorities.

**Responsibilities**
- Supporting team members within a Finance capacity
- Keep all information private and confidential
- Working to time sensitive deadlines
- Processing information in accordance with financial rules and standards
- Assisting with other tasks as may be reasonably requested
- Take ownership of and respond to all queries /escalations as necessary
- Ensure all employment, environmental, Health & Safety, PPE and other policies are strictly adhered to, always operating within the law
- Always maintain a safe working environment.

**Skills and expertise**
- Previous experience within a Finance role is essential
- Computer literate and knowledge of Outlook, Excel is essential
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and ability to follow set procedures
- Happy to learn new systems and processes
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Comfortable multitasking
- Adaptable to the changing needs of the business
