Reed HR are partnering with a world renowned organisation in Wantage, in the recruitment of an experienced HR & Payroll Administrator, to join them on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Head of HR Operations, and working closely with the HR Business Partners,the HR Administrator will be responsible for all HR Administration for c.800 staff.

Responsibilities include:

- Payroll data processing, providing up to date information to an outsourced provider (iTrent), acting as a point of contact with regards to queries escalating issues to the HR Systems Administrator, working closely with Finance to ensure all data is accurate
- Maintaining a busy HR inbox, escalating complex queries to the HR team
- Working with HR Business Partners to manage lower level HR queries, monitoring holiday entitlement
- Maintaining employee files, sending letters including offers of employment, contracts, resignations, leavers, joiners and changes of details
- Responsible for all data entry to the HRIS system (Workday), keeping employee details up to date
- Management of the company's benefits portal, updating with new hire information, processing leavers promptly
- Working collaboratively with the wider HR team in the production of monthly reports

To be considered for this position you will be a minimum of CIPD Level 3 Qualified, and have an interest in continuing your career in the HR field. You will be a confident individual, with significant experience of HR Administration, demonstrating most ofthe above competencies from your prior work experience. You'll have the ability to influence others easily and be a strong character who can hold their own in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

This is permanent position offered on a hybrid basis, working a minimum of 3 days in the office, which is based in Wantage, with free parking on-site.
