To provide individual and group therapy activities under the supervision of qualified therapists. To plan, organise, set up and monitor 1:1 and group activities with supervision according to members needs To work directly with members in providing high-quality service delivery, using appropriate planning, and monitoring tools to achieve the aims and goals identified in their therapeutic plans. To assist members of the Clinical Team in carrying out specific activities following appropriate training. To support members of the Clinical Team in administrative, organisational and cleaning duties.
To co-ordinate the Therapeutic Leisure programme run at CNC with support from the Clinicians and volunteers and involve members in planning ensuring they remain at the centre of decision making. To recognise signs of changing physical and mental health, and to initiate appropriate interventions to prevent a crisis. Maintain a portfolio of information, including the range of activities available on site and within the local community for members to access. Co-ordinate a small budget with support from line manager.
Liaise with fundraising and communications team where appropriate to support events. To assist in co-ordinating the volunteers rota for groups and work with CNC Manager and Volunteer Co-ordinator on identifying any training needs to carry out volunteer role. To co-ordinate and deliver the established educational programme for Carer members with the support of the Family Support and Volunteer Co-ordinator. To, occasionally, provide 1-1 support for Carer members in conjunction with the Family Support and Volunteer Co-ordinator.
