We are now looking for a Recruitment Assistant to work alongside and support our Recruitment Advisor and HR Team. You will ideally have worked in a busy Educational HR department with administrative and recruitment experience. You will join our lively team and support end-to-end recruitment. This is a fantastic opportunity to advise and work closely with our College managers and Senior Leadership Team.

We're looking for an experienced recruitment assistant to join our team and become a trusted Assistant on all recruitment matters. You will be working closely with the wider HR team, internal stakeholders and Recruitment Advisor to undertake on-boarding processes and pre-employment checks for newly appointed staff and non-payroll staff. To provide a supportive customer-service approach to the recruitment team, managers, new employees and other stakeholders.

You'll have previous experience in the full recruitment life cycle and assisting in hiring great talent:

Managing diaries
Managing job portals and updating the team on job listings from assisting with Pre-employment checks

What are the critical skills we need?
Previous experience of high-volume recruitment and managing multiple vacancies (10 vacancies) in an Education environment.
Great at creating content for social media, writing job adverts and job descriptions
Able to attract and source great talent without using recruitment agencies
Be highly organised with a beady eye for detail and able to work at pace
Confident in using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel or Google Workspace and previous experience ideally in using iTrent e-recruitment. What's in it for you?
