Office Admin Assistant

**Duties**:

- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct enquiries to the appropriate person.
- Control correspondences, review and approve supply requisitions and liaise with other agencies, organisations, and groups.
- Use Xero accounting to manage financial records and transactions.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain company databases.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- To use a variety of software packages such as Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel tp produce correspondence and documents and maintain presentations, records, spreadsheet and databases.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in office administration or related field preferred.
- Experience in the Building/Construction sector
- Experience in data entry and computer skills, including knowledge of Xero preferred but not essential.
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
