Here at **MJ Quinn**, we currently have an exciting new opportunity for a **Commercial Administrator** to join the business. This position will be based at our Head Office in Knowsley working.

**About the role**

The **Commercial Administrator **will report to the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for the administration and monitoring of both the financial and commercial aspects of works undertaken by MJ Quinn

**Key Responsibilities**
- Processing, inputting, and validating records using various IT systems.
- Supporting the Commercial Manager in all financial and commercial aspects of the project.
- Using reports and analysis to drive and monitor performance. E.g. Billing, work in progress and profitability.
- Being able to explain the analysis produced to Operational teams and peers.
- Supporting management of cash flow, including cost monitoring, customer billing and subcontractor payments.
- Assisting with processing Customer billing in a timely manner.
- Ensuring targets and objectives set are monitored and maintained and suitably underpin financial targets.

**Requirements**:

- Extensive experience in an Administrator role (required).
- Intermediate level of Excel such as Pivot tables and “VLookups”.
- Obtained a degree in a relevant field or equivalent. (desired)
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Have a high standard of numeracy.
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A legal Right to Work in the UK
- DBS certificate

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
