**KHCS LTD (Kitchen Hygiene Cleaning Services Ltd) are a national Deep Cleaning Company who have managed to grow year on year to become one of the market leaders in its field. We are now looking to recruit a new member of staff to join the office team based in Hull.**
**General Office Assistant**
- The General Office Assistant will work from the Office and will ensure that the administrative and operational aspects are delivered to the client in line with the expectations and quality requirements of the Company.
- The General Office Assistant will ensure the answering of telephone, distributing of calls and mail, dealing with queries where possible in the absence of any individuals.
- The General Office Assistant will be responsible for the collating of all paperwork in preparation for invoicing; booking accommodation and keep a log of all wages, expenses, holidays etc for employees.
- Identify any improvements to customer service and make the Lead Administrator aware.
- Ensure that standards are consistently achieved and maintained.
**The General Office Assistant is required to ensure**:Effective and smooth running of the administration system, including all the aforementioned duties, where required.**
- Compliance with the Company’s Quality Management and Health and Safety policies.
