Berry Recruitment are currently recruiting for a _**Front Office Manager**_, for a popular hotel chain.
**Monday - Friday**
**Full Time**
**What is the job?**
As a front office manager you'll deliver this through managing all aspects of the front office (for example, Guest registration,Porter services, Business centre, Telephone services)
**What will you be doing day to day?**
Manage day to day staffing needs, plan and assign work and establish performance and development goals for team members.
Provide mentoring, coaching and regular feedback.
Ensure your front office team delivers a great service
Greet Guests upon arrival
Help prepare annual departmental operating budget and financial plans.
Oversee night audit function and preparation of daily financial reports.
- **What we need from you?**_
- **Bachelor's degree/Higher education qualification/ equivalent hotel management / business administrator plus 3 years of front office / guest service experience including management experience**_
- **Must be able to communicate well.**_
