Are you experienced in phone-based customer service, sales, or admin roles and looking for a new challenge?

Join us as a **Customer Support and Admin Representative**. You’ll be the friendly voice our customers hear when they need help, especially after facing a motor incident or event.

You'll also have an eye for spotting anything that doesn't add up, making sure all the information we have is accurate. Your knack for using different tools and resources to look into claims, like checking accident-related damage, will help keep our business on track.

Your main goal is to keep our customers happy by sorting out replacement vehicles quickly and making sure everything moves smoothly. Your help will keep our reputation for top-notch customer service shining.

**More About the Job and the Perks**:

- **Location**: Middlesex, Uxbridge - Hybrid Working
- **Training**: Provided (but you should be comfortable on the phone)
- **Working Hours**: Monday - Friday, 8-hour shifts between 8am-6:30pm (e.g., 9-5 or 10-6) / One Saturday per month 09:00 - 15:00 (with time off in the week).
- **Salary**: £21,000 - £25,000, with extra commission up to £4,200 PA due to the element of soft sales tied into the customer process on first contact. (cross/upselling)
