**Brief description of role**

Answer inbound calls received on the service line (SLA 98% answered within 30 seconds) giving customers a great customer service experience

Create quotes for breakdowns and services

Close service reports

Manage account queries sent to service

Create and manage _Return to Fits_ when parts are needed to fix machine and a return to site is required.

Process worksheets that have been submitted manually

Manage stock adjustments

Log calls for Engineer attendance

Create contracts for service agreement

Create and manage orders for cleaning products and spare parts

To support colleagues and engage pro-actively with all areas of the business

Always be customer orientated and represent the company in the best way

**Requirements**:

- Proactive and self motivated character
- Flexible
- Passionate about providing excellent customer service
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good organisation skills
- Knowledge of SAP and excel would be an advantage
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
