**Full Time - 37 Hours pw, all year round (52 weeks per year)**

**About the Role**
In this role you will perform in a professional, accurate and timely manner, a range of administrative duties including; receiving ALS referrals, organising appointments, sending out appointment letters, diary management, filing, photocopying, word processing, minute taking, the distribution of incoming and outgoing mail, data entry and spreadsheet work. This role will demand a high level of accuracy, particularly when co-ordinating and minuting EHCP reviews, excellent organisational skills and a flexible approach to work are essential.
Through a proactive, enthusiastic and customer focused approach you will help the group achieve our journey to complying with GDPR.
**You will**
You will have experience of working in a customer facing role, ideally within an educational environment. It would also be desirable that you have worked with young people in a support capacity.
You will have qualifications in English and Maths at Level 2 (GCSE) or equivalent and either hold or be willing to work towards a level 3 Business Admin qualification or equivalent. You will also be able to demonstrate good customer service skills and be able to work with respect and confidentiality.
