Job Overview:
As a Learning and Development Coordinator at Morgan Jones, you will be responsible for coordinating learning and development activities to support the growth and success of our apprentices. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to delivering high-quality education and training programs.

Job Description:
  • Coordinate learning and development activities, including workshops, seminars, and online training sessions.
  • Work closely with learners, tutors, and key stakeholders to ensure that learning and development objectives are met.

Requirements:
  • Experience in an administrative role, ideally within an educational setting.
  • DBS check and additional safeguarding requirements apply to all new employees.
  • All candidates must have the legal right to work in the UK.
  • Proficient in data reporting and record management.
  • Hold a Level 2 (or equivalent) qualification in English and Maths, as well as a Level 2 Business Administration qualification or equivalent.

About Our Salary:
The salary for this position is around £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
