Office Assistant

Will be assisting in stock control, warehouse operation, order planning, arranging and planning logistics, labelling and scanning out goods, answering phones with logistic companies and customers and speaking with customers.
Will need to be very confident on the phone with both customers and logistic companies to ensure jobs operate smoothly.
Good organization skills are key and to be quick at reacting to ever changing situations and scenarios.
Must be confident on the computer. We have lots of different internal/external portals which are used and must be quickly understood.
