  • We are seeking a dedicated Rentals Property Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in lettings and has excellent communication skills.
">">We are looking for someone who can manage all aspects of lettings before a tenancy begins. This includes advertising properties, proactively contacting potential tenants, and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and contractors. The ideal candidate will have experience in lettings and be flexible and adaptable.">

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage communications via phone, email, Live Chat, and WhatsApp.
  • Stay updated on lettings compliance and conduct Right to Rent checks.
  • Assist the Asset Management team during busy changeover periods.

Benefits

  • Hours of Work: 9am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, plus 26 Saturdays per year (10am - 3pm).
  • Bonus Scheme Available
  • Driving Licence Required (Personal car preferred).
">Estimated salary £28,000 - £35,000 per annum depending on experience.
