As a Lettings Consultant, you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless lettings experience for both Tenants and Landlords. From managing enquiries and conducting viewings to negotiating offers and maintaining compliance, this role requires exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain excellent relationships with Landlords, Tenants, and Contractors.
Ensure an exceptional experience for all clients throughout the lettings process.
Handle communications via phone, email, Live Chat, and WhatsApp.
Conduct Right to Rent checks and maintain compliance knowledge.
Advertise properties, register applicants, arrange and conduct property viewings.
Proactively engage with the database of potential Tenants and provide feedback to Landlords.
Negotiate offers between Landlords and Tenants to secure agreements.
Assist the Asset Management team during busy changeover periods.
Support marketing events to promote lettings services.What We're Looking For:

Excellent communication skills with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to see tasks through from start to finish.
A proactive, self-motivated attitude and the ability to work on your own initiative.
Experience in Lettings (preferred but not essential).
Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
A flexible and adaptable approach to work.
A valid driving licence (own car preferred).What We Offer:

Starting Salary: From £23,800 per year + Bonus + Overtime
