This Residential Lettings Specialist position at Office Angels offers an exciting opportunity to develop your career in a dynamic environment. As a key member of the property team, you will play a crucial role in managing residential lettings and providing exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain positive relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
  • Ensure effective communication across various channels.
  • Stay up-to-date with compliance regulations and conduct necessary checks.
  • Strategically market properties and engage with potential tenants.
  • Support the asset management team during busy periods.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service through excellent communication skills.
Work Schedule and Benefits:
  • Working hours: 9am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, with 26 Saturdays per year (10am - 3pm).
  • Bonus scheme available.
  • Driving licence required (personal car preferred).
Requirements:
  • Flexible and adaptable work approach.
  • No prior experience in residential lettings required, as training will be provided.
Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this role is £28,750 - £38,250, based on location and industry standards.
