**Role Info**:
Sales Coordinator / Account Exec
Cirencester / Hybrid
£25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience
Plus excellent benefits and remuneration package including performance related annual bonus, a generous pension scheme plus health and dental cover, life assurance and permanent health insurance

**Hours**: 40 per week, Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm with 1 hour for lunch

**2x Jobs Available**: 1x full time and 1x full time/ part time role. This is a hybrid role with a mix of office & home working, or it can be full time office based.

**The Sales Coordinator / Account Exec Role**:
Reporting into the Internal Sales Manager you will be working in a team of Internal Sales Executives and External Sales Managers to drive sales and provide our customers with an industry leading level of customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:
+ Be proactive in building and maintaining quality relationships with all customers to achieve the budgeted sales volume/value targets.
+ Ensure that we obtain and maintain preferred supplier status to our targeted customers.
+ Demonstrate high levels of account management to resolve any issues or queries raised by the customer and escalate their resolution where necessary.
+ Undertake sales administration including processing orders and data entry.
+ Promote the sales of overstock and old and quarantine stock to reach the old stock target of zero.
+ Provide continuous information to the Area Sales Manager that will assist him/her in achieving budgeted sales.

**About You**:
+ Commercial ability - dealing with inbound sales enquiries & existing customers
+ Track record of delivering first class customer service
+ Excellent administration skills and eye for detail
+ Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
+ A confident and outgoing person
+ A genuine team player
+ A desire to succeed and excel above your given targets
+ Microsoft Outlook / Excel / Word to a good level
+ Good level of mathematical understanding, including margins
+ Loves to build customer relationships
+ Excellent time management skills
+ A positive “can do” attitude even under pressure
