Do you have experience managing a team? Our client, a leading provider of infrastructure and managed services, is currently seeking an experienced **Procurement Lead **to join their team in Cirencester.

**Procurement Lead - Business Operations**
**Based at the Cirencester head office**

**Full time, permanent**

**£40,000+ per annum**

Our client is a leading provider of IT infrastructure and end-to-end managed services across all verticals. Their specialist skills and knowledge are based around core infrastructure, extending to disparate environments requiring remote implementation and support.
- They are currently seeking a Procurement Lead and Manager of 2 Business Operations Coordinators in the Business Operations (BOPS) team based at their Head office in Cirencester.
- The Business Operations team that you will be managing work closely alongside their internal teams (principally Sales, Presales, Project Office and Service Delivery) within the business to support clients across several portfolios.

**Key responsibilities**:

- The Business Operations Team:_
- Collaborating with project and sales teams to manage national and international client portfolios, including sourcing quotes from suppliers, procuring technological solutions, and exploring alternatives when necessary (Annual Revenue £10M+).
- Serving as the primary liaison for suppliers, dispatch, and internal staff regarding lead times, kit deliveries, and courier requirements.
- Acting as a central point of contact between internal departments, external suppliers, and customers to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to meet client expectations effectively.
- Coordinating with the accounts department to facilitate prompt and accurate customer and supplier invoicing.
- Business Operations Coordinators:_
- Completing various administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Ensuring compliance with internal standards, procedures, and relevant regulatory legislation.
- Identifying and addressing operational problems promptly and efficiently.
- Following standard operating procedures for optimal efficiency.
- Responding promptly to internal and external requests and effectively communicating with all parties involved.
- Assisting with the receipt of deliveries, necessitating knowledge of safe manual handling practices.
- Demonstrating an understanding of Trust Systems ISO certifications and fulfilling obligations within the role
- In order to apply, you must have you must have first class skills in written and spoken English with excellent grammar, along with an organised approach and an ability to prioritise.
- Due to the nature of our client, you will need to pass a background check to BPSS Standard - applicants that do not meet this requirement cannot be progressed.
- You will have experience in team management in an IT reseller or MSP focusing on:

- Business service orientation with prioritisation, flexibility, and meeting deadlines.
- Achieving and measuring procurement savings while upholding quality and preferred supplier relationships.
- Managing key supplier relationships and optimizing processes for departmental efficiency and scalability.
- Leadership capability demonstrated through leading by example and providing flexibility within the team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams, alongside strong organizational skills, adaptability, quick learning ability, continuous learning mindset, excellent communication, and understanding of Trust Systems ISO certifications and obligations.
