Our client has created a new opportunity for a forward-thinking Team Administrator to join their exciting European Head office based in central Windsor.

Some duties include:

- Working closely with a variety of senior Manager's to ensure smooth diary management, travel, expenses, etc.
- Coordinate monthly Senior Management Meetings and Quarterly Company Updates.
- General Administration support to the head of Corporate management
- Recruitment and onboarding support to the HR Director.
- Checking company expenses.
- Reception cover when needed.
- Assisting with all staff events.

Our client is looking for the following:

- Excellent administration skills
- Excellent all round communication skills
- Professional and approachable
- Strong problem solver
- Motivated and able to work without supervision
