Customer Service Trainee

**Responsibilities**:
- You will be responsible for the administration of the Admixture Systems, Watertight and UGC sales order processes. From order receipt through to delivery and invoicing, together with pro-actively contacting customers to ensure full utilisation of the division’s tankers
- Entering orders on SAP, as well as providing support with maintenance of price files within our system and Salesforce
- You will liaise with internal departments and external suppliers to resolve any customer queries, taking corrective steps if or when problems arise
- Inform relevant sales representatives of any issues with customers, deliveries, or credit/accounts receivable
- You will also handle general enquiries and consult with other internal departments to provide customers with information as and when requested
- You will work with the team members and hauliers to ensure the haulage charges are maintained and agreed on both sides, so charges can be posted for payment on a weekly basis
- In addition, you will be involved in other projects as requested by the Team Leader on an ad-hoc basis
**Experience**:
- A highly motivated self-starter, you will be able to work well in a multidisciplinary team or on your own initiative
- You have a desire to develop yourself to become a great Customer Services team member
- You have a good level of education (minimum GCSE’s)
- You have strong IT skills, with the ability to work with MS Office packages and be keen to learn new software packages such as SAP S4 HANA and Salesforce ideally
- You have good organisational, interpersonal and team working skills
- The ability to prioritise your workload is essential
- Logical thinking and service minded
- Good social and communication skills, and strive to be a good representative of MBCC Group
**Salary and Benefits**:
Salary of £22,870 per annum, dependent on experience. You will be working 36.25 hours per week, Monday - Friday.
