**Customer Service Administrator**

**Swinton**

**£20,000 - £24,000**

My client is a friendly fabric company based in Greater Manchester, supplying UK High Street and Independent retailers

They now have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team.

**Core duties and responsibilities**:

- Assist with reporting - as such Advanced Excel skills are required
- Handle customer enquiries as they arise ensuring we provide the best solution possible and keep the customer updated until their query is resolved. This will require working with other departments in the business to ensure the best outcome for the customer.
- Complete required administration tasks to ensure smooth, accurate processing and despatch of orders.
- Perform various other sales administration tasks as required.

**What we need from you?**
- IT literate to be able to use our system 21, Excel, Word and web portals as required.
- Advanced Excel Skills.
- Organised, accurate and able to identify priorities to ensure all tasks are completed correctly and to time.
- A confident communicator with an assured phone manner to ensure our customers have confidence in us and what we tell them.
- Proactive with a "can do" attitude as we strive to exceed our customer's expectations.
- Outgoing and personable to develop strong relations with existing Customers and build relations with new ones.
- A team player to ensure they add to the smooth working of the department.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
