We are looking for a Procurement System Specialist to join us on a full time permanent basis. Procurement at Direct Line Group is an expansive, innovative, intelligent affair. It’s a department that spans the length and breadth of the business.

**What you'll be doing**:

- You'll report into our Head of Shared services and will manage systems within Procurement & Supply Chain Shared Services and category teams.
- You'll be a system administrator for our ESourcing and Commercial Management solution and you'll support the implementation and running of P2P processes (both onshore and offshore) and act as onshore escalation contact.
- You'll conduct training on our procurement systems and provide spend analysis to support our category teams’ strategy planning. And you'll support continuous improvement projects to deliver small change on the esourcing systems.

**What you'll need**:

- You'll have general system knowledge and have experience working with user access controls and system administration.
- You'll have release management experience and will be comfortable managing service tickets.
- You'll have experience delivering excellent customer service and will put the customer at the heart of everything you do.
- E-procurement system knowledge is desirable.
