Experienced and highly motivated Project Administrator required for an office-based role within a thriving professional practice in Banbury.

Working alongside a focused and established team, hours of work will be 09:00-18:00 Monday to Friday. Offering a salary of £27,000- £30,000 per annum is on offer, dependent on experience.

**Duties**:

- Preparing documents for submission
- Working to tight deadlines supporting professional team
- Tracking projects and progress
- Setting up electronic and hard copy files
- Obtaining quotes, monitoring lead times on delivery, coordination as required
- Assembling complex files and documents
- Managing incoming calls and messages
- Formatting and proof-reading documents
- Researching and locating documents on the internet
- Assisting with production of exhibition material

**Requirements**:

- Strong organisational skills
- Team player
- Professional positive attitude to work
- Able to manage conflicting demands and prioritise workload
- Excellent IT skills to include working knowledge of Microsoft
- Excellent presentation skills and eye for detail
- Project management skills
- Professional and with respect for confidentiality
- Excellent verbal and written skills
