**HR Business Partner - Permanent Opportunity**
**Location**: Banbury, Oxfordshire (On-site 5 days per week initially, with flexibility once embedded)
**Salary**: £55-65,000 per annum

**Are you a highly experienced HR professional with experience of working within technical industries such as manufacturing or engineering?**

Reed HR are partnering with a highly innovative, technically focused organisation, experiencing a vast amount of success and growth, as they continue to add to their developing HR Business Partnering Team. As the new HR Business Partner, you will be responsiblefor a number of high-profile stakeholders and client groups, working in close partnership with the Talent and L&D functions, ensuring that the workforce is motivated and engaged.

You will be joining the organisation at an incredibly exciting time of growth, and be instrumental in the development of the workforce in their new Banbury location.

The HR Business Partner will be a well rounded HR Generalist, with extensive experience of employee relations, specifically within a technical, engineering or manufacturing environment. Responsibilities will include:

- Partnering closely with stakeholders to provide sound, accurate and timely advice, on employee relations matters (performance, absence, grievances, disciplinaries)
- Coaching and mentoring managers to effectively manage issues as they arise
- Partnering with the Learning & Development Business Partner and Head of Talent, to develop effective recruitment and training strategies, focusing on performance and retention
- Monitoring key HR information, ensuring key metrics and data are analysed to ensure sound business decisions are made
- Developing policy and procedure as necessary
- Monitoring and reporting on workforce and succession planning
- Management and development of the HR Administrator

You could be this organisation's next HR Business Partner if you have a broad and varied background within Human Resources, and have a passion for employee relations. This will be an interesting and challenging position for the incoming HR Business Partner,with an opportunity to develop a brand new workforce, working within a fast paced, exciting and innovative company.

You will be a confident HR professional, with the ability to manage complex employee relations cases and be comfortable managing a number of projects unique to the industry. This is a hands-on, operationally focused position, and so you must be preparedto be a highly visible HR presence.

Due to the nature of this role, you will be required to work on-site Monday-Friday for at least the first three months, whilst embedding into the position and building key stakeholder and wider staff relationships.
