**Ashton Recruitment require Project Administrators for our busy client based in Belfast**

**Title: Project Administrator**

**Duration: Permanent**

**Salary: £24,0000**

**Location: Belfast BT3**

**Hours: Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.00pm**

**The purpose of the role is to provide administration support to the project and commercial team.**

**Duties include but will not be limited to**:
Adhere to and maintain compliance with all Health and Safety procedures within your work. Ensuring you are responsible for yourself and/or team members who report into you

Assist in preparing weekly and monthly reports and submissions

Assist in organising and the storage of documentation

Processing licences & permits on cloud-based systems

Updating status of project works, locations & work stream activities

Communicating with site crews, clients & third-party stakeholders daily

Preparing and issuing crew site whereabouts on a daily and weekly basis

Processing weekly timesheets, annual leave etc

Assist with HR, Fleet & equipment tracking and issues

**Essential Criteria**:
2+ years’ Experience as an Administrator.

Ability to use a range of IT packages including Microsoft Office and bespoke packages

A positive, can-do attitude.

Excellent Presentation, written and verbal/oral communication skills required.

**Desirable criteria**:
Understanding of the construction and/or telecommunications industry an advantage
