About Us
Operating on a global scale, Aecor Marine provides full turnkey and service works for the marine industry. With sites in Belfast and Southampton, we carry out interior outfitting works on ferries and cruise ships.
Due to our current workload and the upturn in the industry, we are looking for a Project Administrator to expand our team and join us on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role
As a Project Administrator, you will be office-based, working on a wide range of exciting projects, supporting the day-to-day running of our office and the administration of our busy marine outfitting business.
Working closely with project teams, you will help to plan and co-ordinate regular small refit works as well as some larger dry-dock projects.
You’ll be managing the company database, contacting and booking sub-contractors and preparing, distributing and processing personnel contracts for a variety of jobs. Undertaking a range of admin activities, you’ll book travel and arrangements for internal personnel, as well as supporting the purchasing process, logistics arrangements and invoicing.
About You
**To be considered for the role, you will need**:
- Relevant experience, ideally in a similar environment
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise workloads
- Competency in Microsoft Office programmes - in particular: Word, Excel & Outlook
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, high pressure environment during project peak times
- At a minimum, GCSEs in English and Maths at grade A* - C
