**Job Description**:
For our Customer Service department, we are looking for a Customer Service Supporter, who will be our customer ambassador, being in the front line with the customers and providing the best Customer Service within any channel preferred by the customers. As Customer Service Supporter

**WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT**
You are the first point of contact for our customers. At the JYSK Customer Service Centre, our days are filled with handling customer enquiries through different channels, identifying customer issues, solving them and preventing them in future.
- Ownership of your work and search of solutions for our customers while providing a professional, positive and competent service
- Work in an open environment where you co-operate with colleagues to exceed the customer’s expectations
- Be a part of a goal-oriented team with a high pace and the need to adapt to different situations
- Creating sales on incoming requests to support our mission and goals
**WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING**
- Empathy, you enjoy to actively listen to customers and support them
- Be professional and open to dialogue
- Understand customer needs and take them into account when providing solutions

- Available to work shifts within our customer centre opening hours, including evenings and weekends
- Excellent knowledge of your native language, written and spoken; English is a great plus for developing your career internationally and for staying in touch with your colleagues from all over Europe
- Basic system knowledge - know how to use a computer, quick and accurate in writing on the keyboard, have no problem in learning new programs or read and understand guides and procedures
