HR & Office Administrator

Main Functions of the Position
To manage the reception desk and also provide administrative support to the HR function of the business.
Main Tasks of the Position
- Booking in deliveries and collections on Bisdata
- Answering the phone-diverting calls across the business.
- Signing for parcels
- delivering parcels across the business
- Meeting and greeting customers/visitors.
- Organising for parcels to be sent to customers/suppliers.
- Filing of paperwork
- Managing recruitment life cycle such as posting job adverts external and internal, sifting CV’s
- General HR administration (Contracts, New Starter forms)
- Supporting with the HR system and generating reports for SMT
- Supporting on HR audits
- Any other tasks as reasonably requested by management
**Salary**: From £22,000.00 per year
