Finance & Payroll Officer

Emelec Limited is a growing Facilities Maintenance company based in Wirral offering services to all areas of the UK.
Due to ongoing growth, we are looking to employ a finance & payroll officer at our Wirral office (Birkenhead CH41)
Duties to include but not limited to:
- Purchase Ledger - Accounts Payable
- Sales Ledger - Accounts Receivable
- Credit Card Reconciliation
- Bank Payments.
- Bank Reconciliation
- Online VAT Returns - Payments, reconciliation
- Payroll including pensions - posting journal, NI AND PAYE payments.
- Sage 50 reconciliation
- HR knowledge (desirable)
- Point of contact of staff Queries
- Overseeing of the Accounts administrator.
- Forecasting cashflow
- General Ad hoc office administration to director
Person Specification:
- Must be able to work on own initiative.
- Confident in dealing with people at all levels.
- Works well under pressure and deal with deadlines.
Pay: From £12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 42.5 per week
