Due to continued growth within our firm, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for us to recruit an administration apprentice to join our team.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Calls with client regarding their emission claims
- Updating spreadsheets
- Opening cases on our case management system
- Letters to clients
- Liaising with Solicitor handling case

- Excellent communication and customer / client care skills
- Excellent team-working skills
- Basic computing / IT skills
