Part-Time Sales Administrator/Customer Service Assistant

A growing garage door and awning company based in Exmouth is seeking a Sales Administrator to join the team in the office to support the engineers and other office based staff and to promote the product sales and service.

Key Responsibilities for a Sales Administrator:

- Making diary bookings, maintaining and updating the engineers diary with customer appointments;
- Producing letters, quotations and invoices;
- Processing payment transactions.

Key skills for a Customer Service Advisor:

- Experience of working within a customer service/sales role;
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers and companies;
- Strong verbal communication skills;
- IT literate; (we use Apple Mac computers)
- Ability to prioritise and multi-task;
- Good planning and organisational skills;
- Able to resolve queries and issues;
- Knowledge of garage/industrial door and awning products an advantage, so as to best sell the right product(s).
- Salary dependent on experience with a 6 week-3 month probation period with salary review
- Hours: Flexible but minimum of 30 hours a week Monday-Friday with extra hours available during busy periods and school /staff holidays etc

To start January 2023.

**Salary**: £9.75-£12.00 per hour
