Job Description:We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced part-time (15 hours per week, 0.4 WTE) administrator withexcellent IT, communication, organisational and management skills to provide administrative support to the Community Services Managers.
To provide a comprehensive administration support to a team. There will be an expectation for the post holder to be highly motivated, flexible and enthusiastic with excellent organisational and secretarial skills.
The post holder will have word processing skills and computer literacy and will be required to maintain an up-to-date knowledge of Information Technology. The post holder will need to meet deadlines, collate data and maintain standards relating to administrative processes.
Main duties of the jobThe post-holder will support Community Service Managers and Senior Clinical Managers Managers by ensuring high quality administrative support that will enable the provision of the best possible care to service-users.
The BusinessAdministrator role is dynamic, challenging and highly rewarding. You willtherefore be highly motivated, flexible and multi-skilled with experience ofworking in a team providing administrative support in an office environment.The role involves communication, so we expect that you have excellent verbaland written skills.
This role requiresa high standard of skills using Microsoft Office packages and experience ofusing bespoke IT systems along with excellent organisational skills, theability to work independently and attention to detail.
You will often workunder pressure and without direct supervision, so we are looking for someoneconfident and capable.
