**Executive Assistant Experience**

The key to success in this role is having excellent relationship management experience within a similar role and of course impeccable attention to detail. You will have strong administration and executive assistant experience and take pride in providingfirst rate support.

You will be organised, resilient and able to keep calm under pressure. This is a busy role, so it is essential that you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. You should be confident in building professional relationships at senior level, influencingand guiding your colleagues with credibility and be a collaborative and proactive person.

It is vital that you are a problem-solver, meticulous and eloquent and able to identify and implement new and better ways of working. You must be a fast learner and able to work quickly. As you may be working remotely most of the time, it is vital that youare a self-starter and are eager to grow and develop your skills in the business.

**Location**

This is a hybrid role (mostly remote), based in their new offices in Abingdon (OX14) when onsite. Car parking available.

This is a full-time role, 37.5 hours a week. Our client is happy to offer full-time working hours to suit the individual around childcare/ school run or other personal commitments and to suit the global aspect of the organisation.

Please ensure you are able to commute to Abingdon, Oxfordshire for this role as required. There may also be occasional travel across the UK to visit partnership clients.
