We are looking for new enthusiastic and detail-oriented Immigration Compliance Assistants to join our ONCAMPUS team. This is a great opportunity for those looking for entry-level roles in the field of Compliance
- Full-time, 3 months fixed-term contract until September / October 2023.
- Full-time, 6 months fixed-term contract until January 2024.

The role is based in Cambridge, United Kingdom in our Head Office where we operate on a Hybrid Working policy (3 days per week can be worked from home).

**About the role**

**Some of the Key responsibilities**:

- To conduct compliance interviews and provide feedback to applicants/agents to ensure they are familiar with the visa interview process and given constructive feedback promptly.

**Key person specification we are looking for**:

- Educated to A-Level or equivalent (essential)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (essential)
- Methodical with great attention to detail whilst being able to work towards tight deadlines and under great pressure (essential)
- Proven record of providing excellent level of customer care (essential)
- To work with high level of autonomy as well as a team member (essential)
- Able to deal with stakeholders of all levels from students to agents and from colleagues within CEG as well as those from partner universities (essential)
