We are looking for a driven individual to join our expanding company on a full time basis who can support us in a busy administrative role.
**General Duties**
To provide support for our Asbestos Removal Department and assist the Directors, Contract Managers and Office Manager with general administration duties.
- To provide administration support for the Removal Operation.
- Assisting with the day to day running of a busy office.
- General typing including method statements and risk assessments to a high level of accuracy.
- Answering the telephone and accurately relaying messages
- Working on own initiative, and also as part of the administration team
**Skills and Qualities**:
- Possess a high level of literacy in written and verbal communication
- Enthusiastic
- Good organisational skills
- Innovative and self-motivated
- Good IT skills and excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
**Salary**: From £10.50 per hour
