We are the in-house recruiters to North Yorkshire County Council and our public sector partners, but also have over 400 trading clients and a growing commercial income across multiple sectors, including Local Government, Health & Social Care, Emergency Services and Education to name a few..
The Resourcing Solution team deliver a wide spectrum of services that include Executive Search, Permanent Recruitment, and Recruitment Consultancy including agency services/interims, employability, careers advice, outplacement services, recruitment assessment services, recruitment marketing and digital solutions services.Our growth to date has been based on reputation alone.

We have built on our core Headteacher recruitment service offer to our North Yorkshire schools, since 2018 delivered a successful Department of Education Teacher Recruitment schools project across the Coast and pitched and delivered successful campaigns for clients and schools across the North of England.

Role and Duties Due to growth and promotion within our service, we are looking for a talented and ambitious colleague to join our team in what we believe to be an exciting opportunity to make a real difference and impress in an influential role.
In this role, you will primarily deliver recruitment solutions to our Education partners using a resourcing partner approach. As a trusted resourcing partner, you will assist with the recruitment of Headteacher, leaders, teaching and support staff to schools throughout North Yorkshire and beyond.
After induction, you will immerse yourself in the sector to develop your credibility. You will work closely with multiple stakeholders in the education system to take a brief about each role, providing strong and robust recruitment HR advice to ensure a high quality appointment that holds up to public scrutiny.
You will translate a schools recruitment requirement into a compelling message to the labour market that showcases the school, builds their profile, ignites interest from a skill shortage market and sets your adverts apart from others.
You will be curious, this drives you to build networks, relationships and find solutions against the odds.
To be successful in this role you will;
Draw on your recruitment experience, to be a trusted resourcing partner
Have had experience dealing with a high volume number of complex roles to fill at one time
A proven track record of working successfully with stakeholders at a senior level
Ability to create a strong network - understanding of the value of this within the Education Sector
Working to, developing frameworks, and following sound HR Recruitment processes - an expert in your field.
Once in post, you will become an expert in relevant statutory frameworks such as keeping children safe in education, governance systems alongside employment law, and your inquisitive nature will drive you to have expert knowledge.
Above all your service will result in the delivery of high quality teaching and learning, giving every child the very best chance to succeed - Education is the greatest liberator, this motivates you.
