We are looking for proactive, positive, and professional people with experience in demanding settings to join our Sessional Specialist Positive Behaviour Support team, minimising risk and maximising choice for the people we support.

**Do you have the determination to ensure everyone succeeds?**
We are looking for caring and compassionate staff to empower the individual with making meaningful choices, accessing the community for rewarding activities, and build lasting relationships.

**We are Centre 404; **a friendly, prominent and successful charity with an excellent reputation for providing high quality support and services to people with learning disabilities and their families across 6 London boroughs.

We have exciting opportunities to work in our individually tailored positive behaviour support services for people with varied needs who may have autism, learning disabilities and complex behaviours. The duties will be varied and no two days will be the same.

Our clients are individuals and they all deserve to be treated as such. As a general guide, duties may include support to take part in a wide range of special interests and activities that support their health and wellbeing such as arts and crafts, watching the footie, drama, musical evenings, gardening, shopping trips and social occasions, as well as some support with personal care needs.
