**Job description - Lettings Negotiator/Administrator**

Main Purpose of role : To assist in the lettings of residential property and deal with the relating administration tasks, whilst advancing the service standards of the company and abiding by the company policy statutory legislation.

Key Responsibilities
- Dealing with customer enquiries
- Registering new applicants
- Booking viewings
- Carrying out marketing updates as directed
- Monitoring tenant referencing
- Progressing Lettings Applications; keeping all parties well informed
- Preparation of inventory reports
- Organising maintenance work with contractors
- Booking And Carrying Out Routine Property Visits
- General Communication With Tenants And Landlords
- Dealing with various computer systems
- Using Spreadsheets
- Keeping records and Filing

Requirements and Skills
- Customer service orientated
- Full driving license & own car
- Good communication skills
- Self motivated and organised
- Focused
- General IT skills
- Good work ethic - punctual and reliable

Salary Dependant on Experience and Qualifications

Experience desirable but not essential - Training will be provided

Normal Business Hours - Monday to Friday working

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £12.00 per hour
