Our client is looking to appoint an experienced Administrator, initially on a temporary basis for approximately 3-6 months. This is a full time role although slightly less than full time hours may be considered. The role is predominantly home based with a requirements for visits to the office in Inverness.

This is a varied and interesting role requiring interaction with a range of internal and external contacts. Duties include:

- Dealing with a range of property factoring enquiries, seeing through to resolution.
- Liaising with the estates and factoring team to schedule jobs.
- Update and maintain work schedules.
- Accurately update property and customer records.
- Updating spreadsheets and databases.
- Logging factoring requests.
- Liaising with external contractors.
- Diary management.
- Additional ad hoc administration in support of the property team.

Person specification:

- Strong administrative skills.
- Previous experience of the Property/Housing sector beneficial but not essential.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to keep accurate records and work to deadlines.
- Strong IT skills including MS Office.
- Ability to learn new skills, systems and procedures with ease.
