**Duties, Responsibilities & Person Specification**
- To boost customer retention through identifying finance renewal opportunities across the dealership’s established customer base.
- To make contact proactively with customers, and schedule appointments with them to discuss their vehicle requirements.
- To develop an in-depth understanding of F&I products, and ensure effective communication of this information to customers.
- To maintain accurate data in all systems.

- Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Experience of working as part of a team with shared objectives and personal performance goals.
- Sound financial and commercial understanding and awareness.
- Demonstrable track record of success in a target-driven environment.

**The legal part**:
We are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), as we advise on and sell finance and insurance products. As this role includes FCA regulated activities, we will ask you to complete an FCA questionnaire as part of our recruitment process. You will be asked to declare any unspent criminal convictions, CCJs or bankruptcy. We will look into all declarations made and seek a credit reference, but they may not serve as a bar to employment with us.
