The role:
We are looking for a Data Entry Clerk to join the team at our Maidstone office. You will be responsible for the following:
- Entering new suppliers and amendment forms onto the system
- Entering new clients and amendment forms onto the system
- Preparing payment runs, editing them and updating the system
- DDS downloads
- Review and update expenses through Concur
- Ad hoc office duties
**Requirements**:
- Key organizational skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office
- Exceptional attention to detail
