To ensure all stores records are maintained using Estates Facilities Management Information System software and carry out periodic stock checks to audit the computer records. - To work closely with Procurement to resolve problems with the availability of goods and resolve suppliers queries to ensure that the correct items are delivered within the agreed time. - To be responsible for requisitioning and receipting of goods using the Trust integrated finance system and work closely with Creditor Payments to resolve invoice queries. - To work in conjunction with the Workshop Manager to anticipate the need of materials and to ensure their availability to allow planned works to be carried out on time.
- To be responsible for the ordering of appropriate personal protective equipment for Estates staff, and to ensure records are maintained of all issues. - To be responsible for Trust equipment held in Stores. - To source and directly purchase materials using a Trust purchase card ensuring strict compliance with Trust Standing Financial Instructions (SFl's). - To direct and manage a stores assistant to ensure the provision of an efficient stores service.

**COMMUNICATION AND WORKING RELATIONSHIPS**: Estates staff Procurement Creditor Payments Specialist Suppliers PHYSICAL EFFORT WORKING CONDITIONS: - Frequently lifting and carrying loads up to 25Kgs. - Occasionally lifting and manoeuvring loads over 25Kgs. Using appropriate lifting equipment. - Remaining calm when under pressure from different directions and planning and prioritising time and resources to meet the most urgent requirements.
