**About The Role**:
**BREWDOG ARE ON THE HUNT FOR A MARKETING AND SALES COORDINATOR**

We at BrewDog have one mission. We want to make other people as passionate about great craft beer as we are. Our bars are at the forefront of that mission, delivering amazing beer & customer service at all times.
- We are looking for a Marketing and Sales Coordinator to support our teams across various sites within the South of the UK. This is a field based role with the expectation that there will be an element of travel between sites to best understand the different bars that we have and to build relationships with the teams, whilst understanding their local areas. Ideally you will be located below the belt of the UK between Bristol and Cambridge.
- You will report directly into the Operations Manager supporting their Southern Area comprising of 14 fantastic sites. There will alos be a dotted line into the central marketing team so that you are able to stay fully up to date with company initiatives and to help drive exposure to nationwide focusses across your bars.
- In this role you will be responsible for:

- Arranging and coordinating events for the venues
- Providing your bars with toolkits to deliver regular weekly/monthly programmes as well as large one off events
- Ensure that the bars are staying on top of their social channels and helping to direct and guide them in getting the most out of their posts/plans.
- Supporting the bars with their Christmas targets
- Driving business from corporate events, private events.
- Responding to all reservation enquiries to deliver the highest standard of customer service and drive sales.
- Processing and opening a direct line of communication with all group reservations, bar teams and other relevant departments.

**About You**:
You’ll have an interest in good beer and putting it into the hands of other people Knowledge around craft beer is handy but not at all essential, we’ll teach you all about it

You will have experience working in professional event management and be confident in negotiating new systems and building bespoke event experiences for our customers.

Excellent communication skills are essential as you will be working with various departments across the business.

Experience working within a hospitality venue is desirable.
